Understanding that South Australian school terms can vary in length, we have designed our class fee structure to accommodate these variations, ensuring fairness and ease for all families. Our class fees are set on a per-term basis, regardless of the term’s length. This means whether a term is 8, 9, or 10 weeks long, the fee will remain the same.

Term Lengths:

• Term 1: Typically 10 weeks
• Term 2 and 3: Usually 9 weeks
• Term 4: Around 8 weeks

Yes. Your children can enroll in a class at any point during the term. If you join us after the term has begun, we will deduct the fees for the weeks that have been missed from the total term fee. This ensures that you only pay for the weeks your child will attend.

Makeup Class Policy

we understand that absences can occur for various reasons. To support our students and families, we offer makeup class opportunities so that learning can continue uninterrupted. Below are the details of our makeup class policy for school term classes.

Eligibility for Makeup Classes:

• Full Term Enrollments: Students enrolled for the full term who miss a class have the opportunity to attend up to 2 makeup classes. These can be taken either during the same school term or in the school holiday period immediately following the current term. Makeup classes cannot be delayed to the next semester.

• Mid-Term  Enrollments: Students who enroll class in the mid-term are eligible for 1 makeup class. This opportunity can be utilized within the same criteria as above.

Scheduling Makeup Classes:

1. Notification: Please inform us of your child’s absence as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the missed class.
2. Arrangement: To schedule a makeup class, contact us directly. We will work with you to find a suitable class time and date based on availability.
3. Flexibility: We strive to accommodate your preferences; however, makeup classes are subject to availability and may be in a different but age-appropriate group.

Conditions:

• Makeup classes must be completed within the specified timeframe (during the current school term or the following school holiday period). They cannot be rolled over to the next semester.
• Makeup opportunities do not accumulate; if multiple classes are missed, the policy limits still apply (2 opportunities for full-term enrollments, 1 for Mid-Term enrollments).

Yes no worries, feel free to bring snacks. But we also ask that no hot or greasy food is brought into the studio as other guests may not want to smell your meal during their session.  (Except private function)

 Free parking is available at front and rear of the building. Plenty place to park.

All your painting  canvas and art materials, apron and instruction by an experienced instructor.
